I know there are plenty of vegetarian recipes out there for vegetarians. But this one is for those of us who are not vegetarian. It is good for us to have vegetarian food at least once a week and this one won't take you long to make as I just bought the falafels and heated them up.
Feel free to find a falafel recipe and make them yourself. I recommend Nagi, from Recipe Tin Eats. Hers are delicious, but you need to have time to make them. This is my quick and tasty version.
