CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

 

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of others, please contact Mobile Dietitian as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 1 hour in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

 

How to Cancel Your Appointment 

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please send a message in the "Let's Chat" box or email Contact@MobileDietitian.com.au.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment date will receive a 100% refund on the booking fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive an 80% refund of the booking fee and the opportunity to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 1 hour will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee and the opportunity to reschedule. Missed appointments will not receive a refund.
